Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your order must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, email us at sales@kizoogifts.co.uk with your order number and a copy of your order confirmation email.
If your return is accepted we shall email you the return address. Please return the item by tracked post as we can not be responsible for losses in the post or items not actually posted. You will be responsible for return postage and shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately and within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged please email us with your order number and provide a photo of the item - to sales@kizoogifts.co.uk
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on custom or personalised orders or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
If any returns are made without enclosing your name and order number along with reason for return will not be accepted.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Personalisation
It is the full responsibility of the customer to check that ALL personalisation details are 100% correct BEFORE placing an order. We do NOT spell check or query personalisations, what you order is what you get. If you have made a mistake please email us in the first instance. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend an order once it has been placed. By placing an order you are agreeing that the personalisation entered is correct.
